I went to a Meetup group luncheon at The Cliff Dwellers a few weeks ago. The luncheon buffet was average at best, but the service was top-notch, and the view from the dining room was spectacular!
I hesitate to write about my meal – it’s not worth it – but I had to share the view with you!
The club is for fine arts folks and relocated to 200 S. Michigan Avenue in 1996 after being housed atop the Symphony Center’s Orchestra Hall for years. This “new” location sports city views worth gawking at.
I’ve noticed that some of Chicago’s private clubs are hosting more public events these days, so keep your eyes open for them.
