Who’s got the best red velvet cupcake in Chicago? I’ve got my opinions, but I want to hear yours. I’ll share in the comments if you will.

I am going to have to pick Bleeding Heart Bakery (1955 West Belmont Avenue). It’s a nice size and it’s delicious

Very few places do Red Velvet right, and a very select few have an exceptional red velvet. While I do like the version at Bleeding Heart, I have to give the edge to Angel Food Bakery (1636 West Montrose Avenue).
@ChicagoBites Bleeding Heart Bakery on Belmont & Damen has the best red velvelt cupcakes in the city! You can’t eat just one! Yum!
