Let Them Eat Pancakes!

M. Henry's Bliss Cakes are aptly named.

We normally don’t recognize everyday on the food calendar, but this week is a particularly good food week.  Yesterday, margaritas. And today? Pancakes! My favorite. 

Pancakes are good anytime — for breakfast, lunch, or dinner — and we’re happy to recognize any day that gives you an excuse to go eat some!  For the very best pancakes in Chicago, I recommend Bliss Cakes at M. Henry, the short stack at Lumes, or Fruity Pebble Pancakes at Orange.  Then again, you can’t go wrong with a trip to the Golden Nugget or IHOP (where you can flip for free pancakes today).
