Chicagoians are buzzing about Publican, so Tammy and I went with twitter friends @chemgk and @geg5150 to check it out. Long communal trestle tables dominate the dining room and a unique mix of cured meats, seasoned fish, and homemade pickles make up the menu. All this is complemented by a stellar beer list. Listen in to hear what we thought of pork rinds, beef tongue, pickled ramps and more!
