We've been wondering about PS Bangkok-- thanks for the great review!
And you guys are right-- there needs to be more of the "shut up and eat" approach to dining. I think Food Network (and "Iron Chef" in particular) has brought the opposite about.
Finally, best of luck on your novels! When I was an English Major I used to find all kinds of cool places to write-- the key is to avoid the clichéd spots like S'bux.
